1. Applied ROTLIMIT to GPS stabilization
2. Added different modes for descent under autopilot control
3. Added mixing for vtails (untested)
4. Added throttle control stuff (untested)
5. Added setting for cruise speed
Mode 0: No descent
Mode 1: If within "hit distance" from home, descend slowly to CA. Otherwise do not actively descend.
Mode 2: Slow descent to cruise altitude (CA)
Mode 3: Active descent to CA while maintaining cruise speed or higher
mode 4: Active descent
Mode 1 is like Mode 3 in that they both attempt to maintain cruise speed.
Note: This version reverts to default settings so please be sure to write them down somewhere if you want to preserve your settings.

2. Changed throttle selection to the last option for safety
3. Fixed bug in circling calculations
4. Removed IMU detection delay from 10.0
Note: This version reverts to default settings so please be sure to write them down somewhere if you want to preserve your settings.
If you use the PC application to restore your settings, please especially check your servo assignments as the underlying meanings have changed. This only applies if you have used EVN1 or EVN2 as one of your outputs. If you happen to be using any of these, please take special note of them as the PC application will not recognize this change automatically. You will need to manually restore these assignments.
