The Retevis RA25 also seems to conform to IMDA criteria. I believe the FM broadcast receive has not corresponding transmit. The VHF/UHF output power is 20W/18W respectively at the maximum.

The downloadable brochure also has the specs. Be sure to choose the EU model for better compliance.
