Thanks to Daniel's know how, here I take a $20 (USD) current sensor which is made by Dean Geodde (available at http://www.sparkfun.com) and modify it to work with Dragon OSD+. Three resistors are removed and a solder is bridged together across the right side of the resistor pads on the pcb.
Here is the video.

DragonOSD+ easy modification of the SFE Atto current sensor
Re: EZ DIY Current Sensor for Dragon OSD +
More detail photos. Please pay attention to the crossed wires which goes to the OSD.

Re: DragonOSD+ easy modification of the SFE Atto current sen
Here's the newer version a similar current sensor.
the resistors are at a different position, might be of different value too i don't know (on this pic its 4.7k and 10K)
The solder jump just bypasses the resistors so the DOSD gets the battery voltage value "directly" (theres still a cap its not really direct, but it'll get the exact battery voltage, not a divided voltage)
